Create one blank room or a batch of blank rooms directly in a department and functional area.
Select an equipment item from the database to replace the current item. Quantity and project ID are preserved; all other fields are reset to database values.
Select report format and type:

Select a room to pull from.
Select a room from the reference library to replace the current room. Choose which properties to import.
Select one or more functional areas where this room should be copied. The room will be duplicated with all equipment and attributes.
Select the functional area where this room should be moved. The room will be removed from its current location.
This will create a copy of the entire department (with all functional areas and rooms) in the current project.
Select the project where this department should be moved. The department will be removed from the current project.
Select one or more departments where this functional area should be copied. The functional area will be duplicated with all rooms and equipment.
Select rooms to link to this template. Linked rooms will inherit attributes and equipment from the template.
Select a room from the reference library to pull from.
Select a room to replace this template from the reference library or your project.
Select the department where this functional area should be moved. The functional area will be removed from its current department.
Update existing rooms in the project by matching on room number. Supports updating finishes, attributes, NSF, room name, and more.
Map your file columns. Room Number is required to match existing rooms. Select which attributes you want to update:
Map additional columns to room attributes (finishes, HVAC, etc.)
Import rooms from an Excel (.xlsx, .xls), CSV, or TSV file. Each row should represent one room.
